At least 120 years old. Came out of a Saint Joseph Missouri Butcher Store back during the Jesse James era. Packing industry had been active in St. Joseph from the early days with the opening of the St. Joseph Stockyards in 1887 to include the opening of several new packing houses from then through 1923.
