With its large size of almost 18 inches by 13 inches, offering ample space for carving and preparation. 1" wide juice groove surrounds the entire board, meeting at a oval pocket (3 1/2"x 4 1/4) to easily capture juice runoff or crumbs. The four legs keep the board sitting over 2 inches high, allowing room to slide hands underneath and easily move the board. To properly care for you thick cutting board, hand wash with soap after use.

Once cleaned, thoroughly dry the chopping board completely. Use natural mineral oils or wax as necessary to enrich the wood fibers to maintain the authenticity of the wood for years to come!
