This extra large 24" x 12" x 2 thick edge grain multi-wood cutting board is made by using the finest solid hard wood. The cutting board has a 1/4 radius on all edges. The butcher block cutting board come pre-treated with mineral oil and Howard butcher block conditioner and is fitted with Heavy-Duty Anti-Skid Pads (rubber feet)To keep your cutting board up off the wet or damp countertop. I recommend that you use butcher block oil (mineral oil) on it occasionally to help preserve the wood and help make it resistant to moisture. Mineral oil is readily available at any drug store.

If your board dries evenly there is less chance of warping or cracking. Titebond iii glue is used for all our butcher block cutting boards. 24" x 12" x 2" thick are rough dimensions before sanding and should not vary more then 1/4" below rough dimensions. Some of the lumber used in this butcher block are Oak, Hard Maple, Black Walnut and Cherry.

Cutting board maintenance instructions included. These are NOT dishwasher safe, hand wash only. Please note that each piece is unique and the wood grain and color tone will vary slightly. Price is for one board.
