VTG Military Industrial Workbench Kitchen Island Wood Butcher Block Table Retro

  

Vintage 1940s / 1950's Industrial Workbench made for the Navy. It features heavy steel construction and a butcher block wood work surface. Two iron gates can be pulled down and locked in place to prevent the tool drawers from sliding out during heavy weather on ships.

Everything is in decent condition for its age. The wooden top has staining but doesn't looked to have been used much.

It could easily be sanded down and stained a darker color. Minor surface oxidation can be seen in spots but no major rust is present.

The drawers are all present, and free of damage. The entire piece could use a good cleaning and was only given a good dusting prior to being pictured. Measurements- 72" (6FT) long X 24-1/8" deep X 35-3/4 tall. I can deliver personally within 250 miles of 47041 at cost.
